What is your return policy?
If, for any reason, you feel unsatisfied with you purchase, please return the item(s) within 10 days of purchase for a full refund, this does not include return postage, or a credit towards an exchange.

Do you give discounts for multiple item purchases?
If any discounts are offered it will be clearly stated on the items listed.  For example if purchasing a set(matching necklace and/or earrings and/or bracelet) a discount maybe offered.  Please do not ask for any discounts.  If your are interested in wholesale purchases, please email me for guidelines and minimum order requirements.

Do you make earrings to match the necklaces?
Yes, if you would like to have earrings made to match and/or compliment your purchase, request this at the time of ordering. Also, check in the earrings department for a possible match.

Can you make duplicate jewelry pieces?
Each piece is unique and will not be duplicated.
