Turquoise, they are like Pringles—powdered or chips of turquoise that are pressed together.  The black beads are a mystery—they are faceted glass, the silver beads are .925 Bali type beads made in India.  The toggle closure is .925 silver.  This is a bargain due to the pringle turquoise.
