All digital products at Folk Art Designs are available as instant downloadable zip files. The zip files can be extracted using the built-in extractor on Windows XP and Vista.
Download Instructions
Once you have completed your purchase, you will be provided with links to the downloadable files on your confirmation page. If you are paying by PayPal, you may not receive the confirmation page. Please click on the "My Account" link to view your purchases and download your files. When you log in you will see a record of all of your purchases. Click on the "View" button to view the order details and see the download links. You will have only 7 days and up to three attempts to download your files.
Since our graphics are high quality the file sizes are very large. If the download is interrupted and not able to complete, the file may become corrupted. If you get an error message when trying to open a file, please try downloading it again. If you continue to have problems, please contact us.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the product, we offer no refunds on our downloaded graphics or CDs/DVDs.
Shipping Information
All CDs are shipped by U.S.P.S. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Shipping charges are based on shipping within the continental United States. Extra shipping charges will apply to international orders and orders outside of the continental U.S.
